The only difference is that the complete grid is here for you to see, while last issue you were asked to fill in the grid for yourself. Next issue, I will unveil the answers, but this should help those of you who were stuck not knowing how or where to start.

Please bear in mind that while this is a theme crossword, not all the answers will be directly Diplomacy related. However, often Diplomacy knowledge is needed to solve the clue rather than being the answer to one. A couple of clues also have no relationship to Diplomacy whatsoever.
